How do I connect Google Drive, Notion, or Confluence?

Run /checksit connect in Slack, or open the admin dashboard and click Connect next to a source. You'll be redirected to authorize access — no engineering work required.

How do I ask a question?

Use /checksit [your question] in any channel, mention @Checksit, or send a direct message. Checksit searches your connected sources and replies with an answer and source links.

How do I re-sync a connected source?

Run /checksit sync in Slack to trigger an immediate re-sync of all connected sources. Sources also sync automatically in the background.

How do I change plans or update billing?

Open the admin dashboard and go to Billing. You can upgrade, downgrade, or manage your payment method there — billing is handled securely by Stripe.

I got an answer that looks wrong — what should I do?

Use the 👍/👎 buttons under any answer to give feedback. Always check the cited source links for anything important — Checksit is a search aid, not a source of truth on its own.

How do I remove Checksit or delete my data?

Uninstall the app from your Slack workspace settings, then email us and we'll delete your workspace's stored data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
